Салат из брынзы с помидорами

200 г. брынзы, 200 г. помидоров, 200 г. сладкого красного и  зеленого

перца, 100 г. свежих огурцов, 100 г. зелени сельдерея или петрушки, 2  -

3 дольки чеснока 200 г. сметаны.

Помидоры нарезать кружками, перец – кольцами, огурцы – кубиками,  зе-

лень – мелкими кусочками, брынзу мелко раскрошить, чеснок истолочь,  все

перемешать, заправить сметаной.
