Салат зеленый

500 г. зеленого салата, 3/4 стакана заправки салатной, соль по вкусу,

укроп.

Промытые листья листового или кочанного салата разрезать  на  2  -  3

части, положить в салатницу, заправить салатной заправкой, аккуратно пе-

ремешать и посыпать укропом. Кроме укропа, салат  можно  посыпать  мелко

нарезанными, предварительно  натертыми  чесноком,  корочками  пшеничного

хлеба. Вместо салатной заправки салат можно заправить сметаной или прос-

токвашей, а сверху положить дольки вареных яиц и свежих огурцов. Зеленый

салат подавать к жареным мясу, птице, дичи и рыбе.
