2 пучка редиски, 100 г. сливочного масла.

Посредине тарелки положить горкой  растертое  размягченное  сливочное

масло. Вокруг положить хорошо вымытую целую редиску, оставив у каждой  2

- 3 см. зелени. Красную кожицу можно надрезать, придав ей форму  лепест-

ков. Соль подать отдельно.
