50 г. крупы, 160 г. воды, половина чайной ложки сахара, 40 г. чернос-

лива, 10 г. сливочного масла.

Пшено перебрать, промыть теплой и горячей водой.  Чернослив  промыть,

залить водой и варить. Отвар слить, добавить к  нему  нужное  количество

воды, сахар, засыпать крупу и варить вязкую кашу. При подаче на нее  по-

ложить чернослив с косточками и полить маслом.
